At DiscoveringEast PR, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A 100% refund is available only if the course has not been started (i.e., no sessions have been attended or accessed).

If at least one session has been attended or viewed, a refund will not be provided.

2. How to Request a Refund

Users can request a refund via any contact method listed on our website.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days from the date of submission.

If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the bank details specified in the contract.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the user has attended or accessed at least one session of the course.

If the refund request is submitted after the course has already begun.

4. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the processing time depends on the policies of the user's bank or payment operator.

DiscoveringEast PR is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions.

5. Additional Terms

Refunds are issued strictly in accordance with Australian law governing educational services.

No exchanges or course replacements are offered in place of refunds.

No additional administrative fees are charged for refund processing.
